The Faith and Community Partnership is a collaborative effort between Anoka Hennepin School District and faith-based organizations with the intent of nourishing and encouraging families in need. Grace’s partner school is Sand Creek Elementary in Coon Rapids.

The people of Grace contribute to the health and well-being of children in need at Sand Creek Elementary in a variety of ways – providing food to ensure children are fed over the weekend; donating school supplies and clothing; assembling food boxes for families over the holidays and spring break; and adopting families at Christmas, providing gifts for those who otherwise would likely go without.

HOPE 4 Youth is a Minnesota nonprofit organization that provides pathways to end youth homelessness. On any given night in the State of Minnesota, there are more than 6,000 homeless young people staying on the streets, many of them in our own community. In helping homeless young people find the path to a more secure and hopeful future, HOPE 4 Youth focuses on four key areas: Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Education/Employment.

Grace has been a faith partner with HOPE 4 Youth since its founding in 2013. We support the organization and those they serve by donating clothes, providing personal care items, helping at the center in a variety of ways, and by supporting them financially.
