How to Donate to Grace's Partners
Grace Lutheran partners with many organizations in the community and beyond. There are so many opportunities to give to these partners.
Grace partners with Stepping Stone Emergency Housing which provides housing for those who find themselves homeless and in need of assistance. Every Friday, volunteers from Grace deliver food to Stepping Stone. If you are interested in delivering food, please call the church office at 763-421-6520.
Family Table is a monthly hot meal given out to those in our community that are in need. On the third Sunday of each month, individuals and families gather to prepare and serve a warm meal.
Hope 4 Youth is a partner that helps homeless youth in our community.
Grace is always taking donations for the Hope 4 Youth Birthday Bags throughout the year.

Grace partners with Sand Creek Elementary School to provide for those students who are in need during the school year. From school supplies to turkeys to adopt a family, there are many opportunities throughout the year. There is also an ongoing snack donation to provide snacks for those students who do not have a snack for the day.
The list of items that Grace collects on an ongoing basis are:

Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars (the favorite for the children)
NutriGrain Soft Baked Breakfast Bars with real fruit
Gold Fish (individually packaged)
Skinny Pop (individually packaged)
Fruit Snacks (preferably with real fruit nutrition)
Emergency clothing for Sand Creek elementary student accidents:
Immediate needs: Boys bottoms – size 5, 6, 7, 8 (small & medium); Girls bottoms – size 5, 6, 7 (small). Bottoms can be leggings or pants with elastic waste (no jeans) that are new or gently used.
However, they will always take donations for boys and girls bottoms sizes small, medium or large at any time.
They will also take socks for kids sizes from K-5 for the upcoming winter/wet months.
Grace sponsors a week each month with Family Promise where families in need receive donations of household, personal, and other items.

Grace Emergency Food Shelf is for those who are in urgent immediate need of food. We provide pantry items on an emergency basis. We accept donations of food throughout the year. Please donate unexpired non-perishable food items and items that are not in glass containers.

You can always give monetary donations to our partners. You can give directly to the partners or through Realm.
To donate through Realm, please click on the give picture to the left. When you are in Realm, fill out the amount you would like to give and then click on the dropdowns in the Fund box. Select Miscellaneous Income. Then type in the partner’s name that you would like to give to. Fill out the remainder of the form.
