High School Mission Adventure to Lynn/Boston MA
July 13-20, 2019

It’s the Birthplace of the American Revolution! : This summer we will fly to Boston, MA to serve with YouthWorks in the northern suburb of Lynn, MA. We will work with ministries that are helping the homeless, children, and the elderly. As we are challenged to be a light to the city, we’ll see how God is at work in this community that he calls us to serve.

Travel plans: We will fly to Boston, MA on Saturday, July 13th and discover some of the interesting history of Salem.  On Sunday we will attend church and spend the afternoon in Salem before heading to our YouthWorks site. On Friday we spend the day in downtown Boston walking the Freedom Trail and visiting the harbor.  We will fly home on Saturday, July 20th.

Cost:  $ 635 plus airfare ($200-$250)  based on 26 youth and 4 adults. This includes meals, lodging, site-seeing, and transportation while in Boston, and the cost of the mission site which is $289. These costs have been reduced by our church’s contribution to our program.  We will help to reduce your costs by offering fundraising options.

Sign Up:  To register fill out the permission slip and submit a $50 deposit  to hold your spot. Space is limited, so don’t wait!  Deposits are due by Sunday, October 14th to guarantee your spot!
