Mental Health Resources

In an immediate, life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

You can also call/text 988 The National Suicide & Crisis Hotline.

If you or a loved one is struggling with a non-emergent mental health situation, a good first step is to reach out to your primary care provider (this may be your physician (MD), nurse practitioner (NP), or Physician’s Assistant (PA)). You can call the medical office to set up an in-person or possibly a virtual visit (video or telephone encounter).
