Nurture Children and Youth

Grace Lutheran Church is proud to partner with Sand Creek Elementary in Coon Rapids through the Faith and Community Partnership—a collaboration between the Anoka-Hennepin School District and local faith communities to support families in need.

The people of Grace contribute in many meaningful ways: providing weekend food packs for students, donating school supplies and clothing, assembling food boxes for holiday and spring breaks, and adopting families at Christmas to ensure every child experiences the joy of the season.

HOPE 4 Youth is a Minnesota nonprofit working to end youth homelessness by focusing on four key areas: Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Education/Employment. On any given night, more than 6,000 young people in Minnesota experience homelessness—many right here in our own community.

Grace Lutheran Church has proudly partnered with HOPE 4 Youth since its founding in 2013. We support their mission by donating clothing and personal care items, volunteering at the center, and offering financial support.
