The March, 2014, Vision Board Meeting was held at Tari Yates’ home.

Assumptions to consider from the Focus 20/20 Report regarding  Worship Concerns.  Objectives:  Short-term goals: equip and replicate lay leadership to manage, lead, and direct various teams within worship area of ministry anticipating the start of another worship site within 18 months.  We have not done much of this.  We struggle to have one band that is lay driven.  To guide a parishioner to become a lay leader, small steps must be taken.

Living Generously Worship Series.  Pastor Mark received a considerable amount of positive feedback regarding the video material and sermons.   Items appreciated:  (1) the materials were easy non confrontational; (2) the balance between giving and serving; and (3) the easy-to-learn biblical principles of giving.

Holy conversations.  The final three sessions will be held March 20 and 22 and April 1.  An open mic session with the Vision Board is scheduled for April 29.

Synod Assembly will be May 2 and 3, 2014 and will be held at Lord of Life Church.  The delegates attending from Grace will be Lori Ackerson, BreAnn Haugrud, Dennis Grabowski, and Alden Riley.  Pastor Mark and Pastor Steve will also be attending.  A motion by Ralph and seconded by Pat to acknowledge the delegates attending the assembly.  Motion passed.

Vision Board will be serving the Lenten Supper on April 9.  Tacos will be served.
